Notice: On Monday, June 22, President Trump signed a proclamation suspending entry into the United States of certain immigrants and nonimmigrants who present a risk to the U.S. labor market following the coronavirus outbreak. Effective immediately, the proclamation extends the suspension of entry for certain immigrants (Presidential Proclamation 10014) through December 31, 2020. The new restrictions imposed by the proclamation are effective at 12:01 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 24 and expire on December 31, 2020, unless continued by the President. Introduction

Passport Office, Hyderabad was opened in the year 1976 after bifurcating from Passport Office, Chennai. The Passport Office was started as a small organization and after 23 years of public service the workload has increased more than 10 fold with corresponding increase in staff strength. Today, it has grown into the second biggest office next to Mumbai office in Secunderabad, which is very close to the railway station, bus stop and airport.

Office Space: We have shifted to our own premises in Secunderabad, which has three floors consisting of 60,432 sq. ft. There is a proposal to construct residential complex within the premises of the new office.
